ROAD PROJECT:
ABOUT THE PROJECT:
The Board of Directors has made it their goal to improve the roads within the Natural Wells subdivision. A $250 4-year special assessment was deemed appropriate to achieve this goal and approved by the membership. Special assessments will be necessary to garner enough funding to replace the roads and will run from 2017-2020. We have begun the process to make this goal a reality and we greatly look forward to the finished results. Please follow this page for future updates and photographs as we continue through this journey.

The Board of Directors met and discussed the remaining roads. The Association will continue to go after accounts which are not paid to collect delinquent dues. The price of paving the roads has increased substantially and sometime in 2023, the Board will meet to discuss how to obtain funds for the final roads.

Crystalline and Syphon Roads were paved at a cost of $36,600.
