HISTORIC ROAD PROJECT UPDATES

As of April 7, 2020, there is over $160,000 is delinquent dues. The road project could be completed if all homeowners paid their dues.

We have many homeowners who still need to pay their road paving assessments. The sooner they are paid, the sooner we can start paving the dirt roads. Encourage your neighbors!
June 1, 2018
The first road is paved -- June 2018. The Board is working hard to meet the goals. Fees are being collected and we will be establishing the next road to be paved.

The second-year assessments for road paving was mailed.
December 1, 2017
Revised Estimate based on Engineering Specifications and Soil Testing; Board had soil testing done and met with engineer for review of road paving.
August 1, 2017
Met with DEC Engineering - Received Engineering Proposal and Report with Paving Specifications and Soil Information.
February 1, 2017
Notice of Assessment approved; Invoices sent to members; Members voted for a $250 four-year assessment to pave road.
January 1, 2017
Ballots were sent to all members to vote on a special assessment to pave roads. Newsletter and initial quotes sent to members.
November 30, 2016
A special members meeting was called but quorum was not met.
October 6, 2016
A special Board of Directors meeting was called to discuss the goals for the Association. Our main goal is to improve the roads in the Natural Wells subdivision.
October 1, 2016
Board members met with vendors regarding recommendations for the roads and the possibility of paving all roads. Estimates were requested.
